Cookies are small files stored on your device. They help the site work, remember your preferences and measure traffic.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can block them, delete them or ask your browser to warn you before they’re set. If you block all cookies, some parts of the site may not work as expected. Your browser’s help section explains how.

I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on site and general location. This information is used in groups, not to identify you personally. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising
This site may show ads from third-party advertising networks. These companies may use cookies, web beacons and similar tools to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. This is called interest-based advertising.
[PASTE AD NETWORK SNIPPET HERE]You can opt out of interest-based ads in these ways:
- Visit the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info
- Visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at optout.networkadvertising.org
- Adjust the ad settings in your Google account or on your device
- If you’re in the EU or UK, use the cookie consent banner on the site to manage your choices
Opting out won’t remove ads. It just means the ads you see may be less relevant to you.

I use MailerLite to send newsletter emails. When you subscribe, your email address (and first name, if provided) is stored with MailerLite, which processes it on my behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it anytime and you’ll be removed from the list. MailerLite has its own privacy policy, which explains how it handles data.

I sell my digital products, such as the printable weekly dinner planner, on Etsy. Etsy handles all payments, and I never see or store your card details. Etsy’s own privacy policy and terms apply to your purchase. I may receive basic order information from Etsy, such as your name and email address, so I can support your order.
